Criminal cases for illegal issuance of building permits have been launched
Baku / 13.08.18 / Turan: State Committee for Urban Development and Architecture during investigations revealed violations of law in Khatai, Binagadi, Nasimi and Nizami districts of Baku, stated a joint statement of the Prosecutor General's Office and the State Committee. In particular, the lawsuits are not obtaining permits for construction, issuing permits by the bodies of the district executive power, despite the lack of such powers. The General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General filed lawsuits under the Articles 308.1 (abuse of official authority), 314-2.1 (illegal land acquisition, or issuance of permits for construction and installation work) and 182 (violation of property rights, use or lease of land) of the Criminal Code, Operative-investigative measures for the full investigation of all the circumstances of the criminal case are continuing. -05D-
