Baku/19.06.23/Turan: Employees of the Binagadi district Police Department of Baku detained Rashad Guliyev, who was previously convicted of a drug-related crime. During a personal search, 3 kg of heroin were found in his possession, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It was established that Guliyev had purchased drugs from an Iranian citizen, whom he met through the social network instagram.
A criminal case has been initiated against Guliyev.
