During the fighting in April, the Azerbaijani armed forces liberated from invaders 2000 hectares (20 sq.km.), reported today the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.
In particular, a number of strategic heights in the direction of Karabakh Agdere direction in the north of Karabakh were liberated, as well as in the Fizuli and Jabrail regions.
"From these heights can be seen a significant part of the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh," reads the statement. The Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said the Armenians lost only 800 hectares, which in his view are not significant.—06D--
