Eighteen directors of scientific institutions of the Academy of Sciences are appointed

On the basis of the decision of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences,  elections were conducted in a number of research universities of Azerbaijan, the website of the Academy.

A meeting of the Presidium approved the appointment of 18 directors:

- Telman Aliyev - Institute of Cybernetics ;

- Adil Garibov - Institute of Radiation Problems ;

Rasim Aliguliyev - Institute of Information Technologies ;

Ayyub Guliyev - Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory ;

 Misir Mardanov - Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics ;

 Nazim Mammadov - Institute of Physics ;

 Akif Alizadeh - Institute of Geology ;

 Ramiz Mammadov - Institute of Geography ;

 Isa Habibbayli - Institute of Literature ;

Tofig Hajiyev  - the Institute of Linguistics ;

Naila Valihanly - National Museum of History of Azerbaijan;

Rafael Huseynov - National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature;

Teymur Kerimov - Institute of Manuscripts;

Govhar Bahshelieva - Institute of Oriental Studies ;

Ilham Mammadzade - Institute of Philosophy;

 Mamed Salmanov - Institute of Microbiology;

Ulduz Hashimova - Institute of Physiology.

 Zakaria Alizadeh  was appointed the Director of Sheki Regional Scientific Center. -02D-
