Elchin Behbudov holds monitoring in jail of MNS
The head of the Committee against Torture, Elchin Behbudov,within the frameworks of the monitoring of prison MNS, visited the former chief of department of the Caucasian Muslims Office (CMO) Elshan Mustafayev, who is accused of accused of high treason.
