Forecasters predict rainy weather for Sunday
Variable cloudiness is expected in Baku and Apsheron peninsula on Sunday, 28 July.
Short-term rains with thunderstorms are possible in places on the peninsula in the afternoon. North-west wind will prevail. Air temperature will be +19+23° at night and +25+29° during the day, the National Hydrometeorological Service under the Ministry of Ecology of Azerbaijan reports.
Rain with thunderstorms is expected in the regions of Azerbaijan. Heavy rains are forecast in some areas, hail is possible. Fog is expected at night and in the morning in some places. Moderate eastern wind will prevail, in some places with strengthening.
Air temperature will be +18 +23° at night, +25 +29° during the day, in the mountains at night +8 +13°, +13-+16° during the day.

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
