
A farewell ceremony for the famous chess player, Vugar Hashimov, who died of cancer in a clinic in Germany, took place in the Chess School on Tuesday.
The ceremony was attended by the Minister for Youth and Sports, Azad Rahimov , representatives of the National Olympic Committee , members of parliament and chess fans.
The coffin was put on the chess scene and covered with the national flag. Wreaths were sent from various sports federations and public and state organizations. -02В-
