Ganja Court rejected the claim of insulting Mamed Emin Rasulzade
A hearing on the lawsuit against the deputy of Mill Ai Majlis Nagif Gamzayev took place in the court of Nizami in the city of Ganja. The lawsuit was filed by "Musavat" party in connection with the insulting the memory of Mamedamin Rasulzade, the founder of the independent Azerbaijan state (1918-1920.)According to Radio "Azadlig", referring to the lawyer Nemat Karimli, the judge Akif Zeynalov said that "the party does not have the subjective right", and therefore cannot claim about the defamation of Mamed Emin Rasulzade.
On this basis, the court rejected the claim of the party. The lawyer called this approach by the judge "unfounded." According to him, the court's decision demonstrates the attitude of the authorities to Rasulzadeh.
The controversial MP denies the guilt and rejects the claim made against him. The party demands that the Court make the deputy to apologize to the people of Azerbaijan and family of Rasulzadeh. -05В-
