LLC Visa Credit Issues Bonds
The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of corporate bonds of the non-bank credit organization LLC Visa Credit.
The company intends to attract 90,000 manat and 500,000 US dollars through unsecured interest-bearing bonds. The securities are issued in denominations of 1,000 manats and $ 1,000 each.
Each paper promises to the buyer 12% regardless of the currency.
The securities will be in circulation for three years (1,095 days).
The underwriter for the placement is the investment company Capital Management (a subsidiary of Bank Technique). ----08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
