Baku/15.05.18/Turan: It has been reported on May 14, that after long complaints on the part of Mehman Aliyev, the Director of Turan News Agency, gas pressure was restored in the gas pipeline network in Baglar Street in Buzovna settlement.

At 16:00 o'clock on Tuesday, the pressure was restored, and an hour and a half later the representatives of SOCAR arrived to the site. In a telephone conversation M. Aliyev asked them to come in the evening at 21:00 or in the morning when he will be at home. But they, nevertheless, have passed into the house, explaining later it is a necessity to report urgently to the authorities.
M.Aliyev's wife signed a document, which was given to her by employees of the state oil company, and which allegedly read that she recognizes the good gas pressure in the network. Upon returning home at around 21:00, Aliyev fixed the usual low pressure, in connection with which, the Imerqaz water heater was wrong.
Aliyev again notified the service 185 of the problem. A representative of SOCAR called in the morning and reported that in the morning his wife had confirmed a satisfactory supply of gas. Aliyev informed them of forgery and a gross violation of his official duties. He drew attention to the fact that SOCAR employees did not check the state of gas pressure in the presence of the complainant, measuring instruments were not used, the work of the water heater was not tested, an act in duplicate was not drawn up and the act was not handed to the complainant. All this testifies to the glaring state of the discipline in the system of SOCAR, the incompetence of some of its employees.
On the morning of May 15, Aliyev called 185 again and informed the operator about it. He also recalled that the problem of low gas pressure remains relevant both in the settlement of Buzovna and in other settlements.
Earlier, on May 11, Aliyev sent an information request to the President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev in accordance with the Law on Freedom of Information "in connection with the current situation in the field of gas supply to the population.
