Head of PR Service of Penitentiary Service has suddenly passed away
Baku/13.03.23/Turan: Head of the public relation department of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice Mehman Sadygov passed away suddenly on 12 March.
The Penitentiary Service voiced condolences on its official Facebook page.
Sadygov's family said he died as a result of brain haemorrhage."He was not ill. Suddenly his blood pressure went up and there was a brain haemorrhage. He would have turned 60 on 19 November," Sadygov's wife said.
Officials have not yet released information about the cause of Sadygov's death. -03-
