Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on unified monthly benefits for IDPs. According to the document, from January 1, 2017 for the social protection of internally displaced persons and persons equated to them, for each person of the categories a single monthly allowance is set in the amount of 36 manat, thus overriding the payment from the state budget in the form of allowances for food, utilities and other services.
The Cabinet is instructed to establish a procedure for payment of the grant and the contingent, to which the single monthly allowance will be applied.
The State Oil Company (SOCAR), JSC Azerishyg and JSC Azersu are entrusted with the installation of meters in places of residence of IDPs. -02D-
