Imam of Mushfigabat mosque denies reports of his arrest
The media reports about the arrest of the Salafi imam of the mosque in the village Mushfigabat, Mubariz Gachaev, are not confirmed. It was asserted that right in front of the mosque Gachaev was put a sack over his head and taken away in an unknown direction.
However, he himself slacked these reports in an interview with Turan.
According to him, this is disinformation and MNS did not delay him.
We note that recently a number of local media spread messages about recruiting Azerbaijani citizens departing for the war in Syria mostly in the Mushfigabat mosque and the mosque Ashurbey in Baku. -16/03B04-
