In 2021, customs officials seized about 3 tons of drugs
Baku/22.12.21/Turan: In the outgoing year, during the operational-search activities, the customs officials of Azerbaijan seized more than 2,800 kg of drugs, announced Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan Asker Abdullayev at a meeting with the regional representative of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime Ashita Mittari.
The parties discussed the "Roadmap for cooperation between Azerbaijan and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime for 2022-2025", interaction within the framework of the Global Container Traffic Control Program, the message of the State Customs Committee of the country. -05D-

Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported no information about any destruction or casualties as a result of the earthquakes.
