In connection with the protest action in the shopping center Bina charges brought against 40 people

The lawyer of one of the arrested, Nemat Kerimli, told Turan, that the decision of the court in respect of another detainee will be considered before the end of Monday. He believes that the rights of detainees are brutally violated, but the defense is going to protect them.
The lawyer Kamran Valiyev said that his client was beaten by the police during his arrest.
Zarifa Huseynova, mother of the arrested Samid Huseynov, said that her son was arrested in a store and he is not guilty.
The exact number of detainees is unknown. According to unofficial data, there are about 100. Some of them were released on Saturday and Sunday. According to some reports, they had money extorted before their release.
