Invalid man burned his car in the region of Gakh
On 13 December a first group disabled man Bakhtiyar Bayramov burned his personal car in the region of Gakh, he himself told Turan. He explained his act by inability to pay fine for the traffic offenses."Traffic police urged me to pay 400 manats fine, I cannot pay this amount. I am disabled of the Karabakh war, I do not work, the car was my only hope. The point of the fine came to Gakh Regional Court. It became known that a fine has increased by 240 manats. On 8 November the court ruled to replace the fine by public works, but the decision left unfulfilled. "Bakhtiyar Bayramov said that in response to these decisions, he burned the car. Law enforcement agencies in Gakh region has not reacted yet to what has happened. -05B04-
