Investigating an explosion in the boiler room Locomotive (UPDATED)
Upon the December 27 explosion in the boiler room of the sports complex Locomotive in the village Baladzhary, Binagadi District Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case under Article 162.2 ( violation of safety rules, resulting in the death of a person) of the Criminal Code.
The investigation is underway, the district prosecutor told Turan.
According to preliminary data, the explosion occurred as a result of a gas leak.
As a result, 49-year-old Shahveled Mammadov died and 26-year-old Elvin Gurbanov was injured . -06D-

The boiler room in the sports complex Locomotive in the village Baladzhary exploded, which killed one man and wounded another. Under the rubble of the collapsed building there is, at least, another man.
Rescuers carry out the explosion site search and rescue operations.
The message about the explosion came to hotline 112 of the MOE at 18:31. According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred as a result of a gas leak.
The MOE called the names of the deceased and wounded. The explosion killed 49-year-old Shahveled Mammad Oglu Mammadov and wounded 26-year-old Elvin Imran Oglu Gurbanov. -06D -
