The Chairman of the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) Jamil Hasanli published a list of MPs who, in his opinion, will enter the fifth convocation of the Milli Mejlis. Hasanli suggested that the parliament will get 25 new people, and all the other members will retain mandates.

Among the new members he called the head of the People's Party Panah Huseyn, a former opposition leader Tahir Kerimli, chairman of the Social Democratic Party Araz Alizade, a journalist Ilhamiya Rzayev, and a doctor Rashad Mahmudov.
