On October 24 a journalist Elmin Badalov 24 sued against the state agency to provide services to citizens (ASAN.) The reason is that the service did not respond to his request sent in August of this year. Interests of the journalist protects the Media Rights Institute.
In the request to the service ASAN, Elmin Badalov asked to answer the following questions : What is the organization's budget for 2013 , what are the figures on consumption budget, what is staffing , salaries of employees , what is the status of the office structure on Hasan Aliyev street (whether the building is owned by a legal entity or an individual?)
The suit states that refusal to answer is illegal and violation of the law for information. The plaintiff asked the court to impose the duty to respond to the service on request. -05D04-
