President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on appointments to the first instance courts. According to the document , Jeykhun Akhmedov has been appointed a judge and chairman of Gadabay Regional Court, Muharram Allahverdiev - Judge and President of Gakh regional court, Hilal Khalilov - a judge and chairman of Masalli regional court.
On October 22, in accordance with the president’s decree, the Parliament terminated the powers of these judges , respectively, in Ganja , Shirvan and Baku Appeal courts.—16D-
