Lawsuit is filed against the foreign companies operating in Karabakh
Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit against a number of companies from Switzerland, Bulgaria, Uruguay, Argentina, Romania and other countries on illegal economic activities in the occupied territories of the country, said the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office. It was found that the head of the company: "Haik Watch and Jewelry Co", "Rodino Haskovo" JIC, "Centro Ceibal", "Deccan Gold Mines Ltd" and "Cosmote Romanian Mobile Telecommunications SA", in the years 1999-2017 repeatedly illegally crossed the state border of Azerbaijan through Armenia and created enterprise in the cities of Khankendi, Shusha and Lachin and Kelbajar regions.
"Using the natural resources and minerals, they caused a large scale damage to obtain illegal profits, as well as the committed actions aimed at consolidating the occupation and the violation of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan," the report says.
Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office will continue the necessary measures against those involved in illegal economic activities in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, as well as individual questioning the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, reads the statement. -02D-
