A lawsuit was filed under the Article 125 (bringing to suicide) of the Criminal Code began in the case of self-immolation of 34-year-old Malik Huseynov on November 23, according to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Under the same Article has been initiated a lawsuit in connection with another suicide today - 25-year-old Aisha Dadashova, who jumped from 19th floor in the village of Bakikhanov.
In both cases will be forensic examination, and necessary measures are taken to establish the causes of accidents. -06D-

34-year-old Malik Huseynov today committed self-immolation in front of the Binagadi branch of Mugan Bank. He was delivered to the Republican Burn Center with grave injuries. As Turan was told at the hospital, the man received burns Grade 3-4 of the upper extremities and face.
A source in Mugan Bank said that Huseynov in January this year got a loan of about 9,000 manat from the bank for three years. Of this amount, he returned 2,000 AZN. The date of a new regular payment was 29 November. The bank did not extend any urgent requirement to the customer. -C06-
