Lawyer claims about threats from Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime (MDCOC)
A well-known lawyer Elchin Sadigov said that on November 2 he was threatened by members of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime Ministry of Internal Affairs. "When I picked up the documents on the case of arrested journalist Fikret Faramazoglu, an investigator on the case threatened me. He told me that I will be punished for the spread of information about the pressure on the wife of the arrested. I replied that I protect citizens in the framework of the law," said the lawyer Turan agency. After that, a number of sites began to "blackmail" the wife of the arrested. In addition, there were several fake profiles on behalf of the lawyer Elchin Sadigov, where also appeared false information.--05B-
