Leyla Yunus is again summoned to the prosecutor"s office
Investigator Ibrahim Lemberansky told on the phone the human rights activist Leyla Yunus a demand to come for questioning on Monday on July 7 at 10:00 am. In response Yunus demanded to return her and her husband’s passports, "illegally seized from them on April 28."
"As soon as our passport are returned, I will come to the prosecutor office," Yunus told Turan agency.
According to her, Lemberansky spoke rudely, without restraint, refusing to return passports, and demanded to come to the prosecutor's office on Monday.
In this regard, Yunus said that the prosecutor's office is still tasked to arrest her on false charges.
On April 28, the family of Yunus were detained at the airport, and then Leyla Yunus was interrogated for nine hours in the Office for Serious Crimes Prosecutor's Office. On May 29, Lemberansky again summoned her for questioning, but Yunus refused, demanding the return of the passport. Currently, activist expects a new wave of pressure on it. -02D-
