Massive mushroom poisoning in the north-west of Azerbaijan
Five people in the Balakan-Zagatala zone have been poisoned with mushrooms.
As the regional correspondent of Turan reported, on the evening of October 13 a resident of Balaken 23-year-old Gulmira Garayeva, a 32-year-old resident of the village Tullu Zeinab Bayramova and 42-year-old Aziza Rashidova from the village Gazma were delivered to the Balakan hospital with a diagnosis of "poisoning".
After the examination, it was found that all the three women were poisoned with mushrooms. Their condition is characterized as moderate and the women are in the department of infectious diseases, said the hospital.
In neighboring Zagatala mushrooms poisoned 53-year-old Tahira Ahmedova, who was sent to the National Poison Control Center in Baku.
Earlier, on October 11 mushrooms poisoned a 23-year-old resident of the same area Brilliant Melikova, who was also sent to the poison control center in Baku.
