The transformation of Baku into a recreation area, the cost of preparing for school, and the results of audits are the leading topics of today's media.

The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the parks and squares of the capital, where the residents can comfortably rest. Their area, which amounted to 3.5 hectares, has been brought to 16 hectares over the past 3-4 years. About 49 parks have been created and more than 87 parks of culture and recreation have been thoroughly renovated in the suburban settlements of Baku.

The website Musavat.com writes about the preparation of pupils for the beginning of the academic year and about the school expenses. The author reveals the prices of textbooks, school clothes and accessories, comparing prices at fairs and in stores.

On average, the preparation of one child for school costs 150-180 manat.

The Novoye Vremya newspaper has published an article on the audit conducted by the Accounts Chamber at the National Archives Department, the results of which were sent to the Prosecutor General's Office.
