Minister of Education ordered to know every student
Baku / 17.04.19/Turan: On April 16, Education Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with heads of educational institutions located in Baku. According to the Ministry of Education, the minister instructed school principals to organize work with students, to ensure a healthy moral and psychological atmosphere and a safe environment in schools.
Bayramov declared his readiness to analyze the current situation in educational institutions regarding the relationship between teachers, pupils and parents, the facts of violence against teachers and pupils. The task was to have detailed information about each student and his problems.
The Ministry intends to involve representatives of the public and experts in the field of education in monitoring the processes in this area.
The Minister noted that it is planned to make some innovations, including giving students and their parents the opportunity to directly contact the hotline.
On April 4, 2019, Elina Hajiyeva, an 8-grade student of the school No. 162, died after throwing herself from the third floor of the school. The school administration explained this by the family problems of the student.
On April 6, the Baku City Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit under the Article 125 (bringing to suicide). During the investigation, the school director Sevinj Abbasova was fired and put under house arrest. The head teacher and the psychologist of the school were also dismissed. -05D-

Later, other "witnesses" claimed it wasn't a whale, but a shark. Even later, a version emerged suggesting it was a submarine.
