Ministry of Interior Affairs names the killed in shelling in Zagatala (UPDATED)
Azerbaijan's Interior Ministry issued an official statement on armed incident yesterday in Zagatala region in the north- west of the country.
According to the report, on November 24 at about 16:00 in the village of Yukhary Tala in Zagatala region , from the car "VAZ -07 " opened fire on the car brand "Hyundai", driven by a resident of Balakan region, Vusal Aliagayev carrying a resident of Balakan region, Kamil Huseynov, Baku residents Vasif Jafarov and Vugar Rajabov. All three died at the scene from injuries, and the driver himself Aligayev was wounded.
During search operations , it was found that the resident of Balakan region, Samir Osman, opened fire.
A lawsuit has been filed and Osmanov, suspected of committing a crime, is wanted. -16D04-

On 24 November on the road near the village of Tala Yukhari, Zagatala (450 km west of Baku), there was an armed incident between two passenger cars. As a result, three people died and one was seriously injured and hospitalized.
The prosecutor of Zagatala opened a criminal case under articles 120,2.7 (murder of two or more persons) and 228 ( possession and carrying of firearms) .
As Turan reported, citing the prosecutors in Zagatala, the versions of what happened are being studied and the investigation continues. Because of the secrecy of the investigation, the motives of the crime and the information about its participants were not disclosed.
As it became known to Turan from local sources, forensic experts and investigators from the central bodies arrived at the scene.
Local sources reported that one of the members of the armed incident was a man who came to a wedding from Russia. There is speculation that showdowns between criminal groups took place.
The authorities have not released official information about this high-profile crime. -03B04-
