Ministry of National Security (MNS) detains cyber criminals
The employees of the MNS suppressed the activity of a group of people providing international telephone services.
A citizen of Azerbaijan Fizuli Rustamov and other persons illegally connecting to the mobile operator LLC "Azerfon", created an international communication service. In a rented apartment in Binagadi district of Baku the installed appropriate equipment and organized illegal international calls.
The MNS stopped another crime of a similar nature, organized by a group of persons in Yasamal district.
As a result of another operation MNS detained Azerbaijani citizen Raphael Pirmagomedov who illegally interfered the system of "Atabank" and changed the index of the bank's website. In a similar way Pirmagomedov hacked into the computer system of the newspaper “Iqtisadiyyat” (www.iqtisadiyyat.com) and also changed the site index publications. -06D-

This year, 22,000 foreign language teachers and an additional 4,000 teachers who were unable to pass certification last year will be involved in the certification process, the director of the state agency for preschool and general education, Eshgi Bagirov, announced on February 12.
