Baku / 17.08.20 / Turan: On August 17, near the village of Sim, Astara region, border guards recorded an attempt to illegally cross the border from Iran. The intruders attempted to illegally cross the border, but were spotted and forced to flee back, abandoning their cargo, the message of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan.
According to the same source, when examining the scene of the incident, the border guards found several packages, which contained: about 2 kg of heroin, 500 g of methamphetamine, almost 7 kg of opium, more than 1 kg of hashish, 2.5 kg of methadone, as well as various psychotropic drugs. -02D-
