No health aftertroubles among those infected with "omicron
Baku/13.01.22/Turan: No health aftertroubles among those infected with "Omicron" strain are observed in Azerbaijan. This is stated in a joint report of the Ministry of Health, the State Compulsory Medical Insurance Agency and the Association for Management of Medical Territorial Divisions.
At present, the health condition of the 12 individuals with the detected strain omicron is stable and they are under home observation.
At the same time, eight of the 12 retested negative.
"To keep the epidemiological situation under control, regular analysis of genetic variants of the virus is carried out," the press release noted.
The epidemiological situation in Azerbaijan remains stable. Health authorities urge the population to vaccinate with a booster dose to increase antibody levels in the body again.-160D-
