Non-working Days from December 30 to January 3
Baku / 20.11.17 / Turan: In connection with the holidays - Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and New Year in Azerbaijan, five days from December 30 to January 3 will be non-working days.
December 30-31 will be Saturday and Sunday. Since December 31 is celebrated as the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and this year coincides with the day off, the next working day will become a day off, according to labor legislation. And since January 1-2, 2018 will be holiday non-working days, the rest day is postponed from December 31 to January 3.
The first working day of 2018 will be January 4. -06D--

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola has invited Azerbaijani economist and political prisoner Professor Gubad Ibadoglu to Strasbourg to attend the 2024 Sakharov Prize award ceremony. Starting from November 25, dedicated traffic lanes allocated for COP29 conference participants will lose their exclusive status and will be open to all vehicles, according to the Land Transport Agency (AYNA).
