
Number of those arrested in Sumgait reached 14 people
Baku/23.12.13/Turan : In connection with the armed incident on December 11 in Sumgait, the number of detainees has grown to 14. The last prisoner is a resident of the city Jalal Mikayilov .
As the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said, during a raid on his apartment was found a hunting rifle , a grenade , 48 rounds of ammunition to an automatic gun, 70 units of banned religious literature, 12 drives and notebooks with manuscripts of religious content.
* On December 11 in Sumgait an armed incident took place between representatives of two radical religious movements, Khawarij and Salafis. As a result , there were wounded . The detainees are accused of illegal possession , sale and purchase of firearms, according to Article 228.3 of the Criminal Code. -16D06-
