A resident of the city of Ganja, living at 50 Dede Gorgud Street, apt. 33 took a woman hostage . According to the report of Kapaz TV, the man went to the balcony and, holding a grenade, said that he will explode the woman. This may happen if his conditions are not met.
Police have not yet established the identity of the man and his hostage . It is also unknown whether he is the owner of the said apartment. At the scene, there are representatives of law enforcement agencies. Residents of the building have been evacuated.
Negotiations with the man have started.
