Observers about "Roundabout" in 31st Surakhani District
Baku / 23.12.19 / Turan: In a number of polling stations of the 31st Surakhani second district, voting was recorded for one and the same group of people at different polling stations.
According to observers, residents of Saatli, Sabirabad and other areas registered in this area vote at polling stations NN 12, 13 and 14. They participate in the "carousel" (by voting in different polls) and are directed by the school principals in this process.
“Parents of students are instructed to come and participate in this,” said one observer.
The head of the district election commission of the 31st Surakhani constituency, Ilham Bayramov, declined to comment, saying he did not answer questions by telephone.
Attempts to get comments from the CEC and the Ministry of Education also proved futile. –05B06-
