On Thursday the head of the Public Alliance "Azerbaijan without political prisoners" Oktay Gyulalyev was summoned to the Main Police Department of Baku city. Police officers came to his house, however, the human rights activist was not there. After that, they call him and immediately called to the Metropolitan Police, without explaining the reasons, said Gyulalyev. He is one of the authors of a new list of political prisoners of the 166 people, which was published two days ago.-06D-
