Ombudswoman is called on to implement the decisions of the courts of military affairs
Ombudswoman Elmira Suleymanova sent an appeal to the Justice Ministry to honor court decisions on complaints of reserve officers. According to the Organization "Reserve Officers", the appeal to the Office of the Ombudsman was received by the Ministry of Justice. The appeal noted 17 court decisions in different time on claims of reserve officers, and requested to inform the Ombudswoman within 10 days on the matter. -05D-
