One teenager remains in Sheki hospital after bus accident /UPDATED/
Baku/06/06.06.22/Turan: Owing to the June 5 bus accident in Sheki, 11 injured were taken to the central regional hospital. Ten of them were discharged after receiving primary care.
A 16-year-old teenage girl remains in hospital after suffering a fracture of her second spinal vertebra, the hospital informed Turan.
She was placed in a surgical department and received the necessary medical care.
According to the Ganja-Dashkesan regional education department, there were 16 students and 4 teachers on the bus from school No. 3 in Samukh. -06B-

Bus with schoolchildren overturned in Sheki
Baku/05.06.22 / Turan: A bus with local tourists, most of whom were schoolchildren, overturned in the Sheki region of Azerbaijan in the north-west of the country.
The ISUZU brand bus, heading to one of the recreation centers in the Sheki region (400 km northwest of Baku), around 16.30 on Sunday, as a result of a malfunction, rolled off the road, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan reported on Sunday evening.
Urgently arrived at the scene, the police, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the ambulance helped the passengers get out of the bus and ensured the hospitalization of the victims.
An investigation into the fact is underway at the Investigation Department of the Sheki District Police Department, the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
As the regional correspondent of Turan reports, the bus transported schoolchildren from the Samukh region of Azerbaijan.
The accident happened on a mountain road leading to the Mustafa Bey recreation center.
In addition to the driver, there were 23 people on the bus, including 16 children, 2 parents and 4 teachers.
In turn, the Joint Department of Territorial Medical Units (UTMP) reported that as a result of an accident, 11 victims were delivered to the Sheki Central District Hospital.
By evening, ten people were discharged after providing the necessary primary medical care.
Another victim diagnosed with a fracture of the second spinal vertebra remains in the hospital and is provided with the necessary treatment.—06C-
