Ongoing large-scale military exercises of Azerbaijani Armed Forces
Launched on September 13, large-scale military exercises of Azerbaijani Armed Forces are continuing. Currently undergoing is the second phase of the exercise, the press service of the Defense Ministry said.
At this stage, various divisions of ground troops of the Defense Ministry conduct offensive operations in mountainous terrain and perform a landing in the rear of the simulated enemy.
The training will last until September 20.
Recall the exercises involve 30 thousand people, 10 thousand of which are reservists. The exercises also engage the Turkish Armed Force units. -16D-
