Opposition Activists Detained in Khachmaz
On November 7, police detained the chairman of the Khachmaz office of the party Musavat Heybat Amrahov and the party’s activist Ramazan Aliyev, the press service of Musavat told Turan.
The party aligns the detention with the presence of the head of the party Musavat Arif Hajili at the funeral of Heybat Amrahov’s mother.
At the same time, the local police do not comment on the matter. Thus, the officer on duty in the Khachmaz police told Turan that they have no arrested people by the name Heybat Amrahov or Ramazan Aliyev. -03B04-
