Over 60,000 fake dollars seized from a citizen of Azerbaijan in Georgia
Tbilisi / 10/15/18 / Turan: An Azerbaijani citizen is detained in Georgia on charges of storing and selling counterfeit currency, the report of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia said.
During the searches, the defendant seized 617 counterfeit banknotes of 100 US dollars. The investigative service does not specify the name, as well as where and how the said citizen of Azerbaijan sold the fake money. A lawsuit has been filed against the accused, he faces imprisonment from 7 to 10 years. -02D-
