Baku / 30.01.18 / Turan: From January 30 committees of the pardon commission under the President of Azerbaijan begin. Turan was informed about this by a member of the commission, head of the Constitutional Research Foundation, Alimammad Nuriyev.
According to him, the commission will study appeals for pardon.
At the end of the work, the head of state will be presented with a list of persons who can be pardoned.
