Baku / 19.07.19 / Turan: For several days now, members of the Popular Front Party have been summoned to the police. This was announced on Radio Azadlig by a member of the party"s Board Ilham Huseyn. According to him, the reason for these calls to the police was the celebrations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the creation of the Popular Front of Azerbaijan. "Today the chairman of the Youth Committee of the Absheron branch Ramil Tagiyev was taken to the police. They asked the names and number of members of the organization. After two hours in the police, they were released."
Huseyn noted that similar cases occurred in other areas. "In Baku, Hajigabul, Sabirabad, members of the organization were called to the police and asked questions related to the celebrations," the functionary said.
