Police detained Elchin Chobanov suspected of murder on January 6 in the park Sahil. The killer was transferred to the investigating authorities, the press service of the Ministry of Interior reported.
Recall that 24-year-old Hasan Hasanov was killed and his friend Orkhan Mammadzadeh was wounded with a knife. The reason for the murder was the aggressive behavior of Hasanov’s dog, which attacked people in the park. He was blamed for that and there was a skirmish, which turned to stabbing.
A criminal case was filed under Article 120.2.2 (murder of hooliganism). -16D-
