Police put pressure on young activists
A group of young activists reported the provision of psychological pressure on them by the city police of Baku. In particular, Sarkhan Charchi, Azer Sadikhov and Ramin Musayev, who are members of the Classic Popular Front Party, the Democratic Party and the Popular Front Party, were called to Baku City Police Department yesterday.
However, the employee named Azer Abdullayev, who allegedly called them, did not appear in the office. The young people waited for him for about an hour, but he did not come. After that, the activists were told to come on Monday.
Previously, these activists were detained by police on January 26 during the rally in support of the demands of the inhabitants of Ismayilli. They were taken to Police Station No 37, where they stayed for a few hours. During this, the activists witnessed police brutality and illegal acts and wrote a complaint to the Ministry of Interior on this occasion. -05D-
