Preliminary investigation in the case of Asif Yusifli, a member of the Presidium of the Supreme Majlis of PPFA, completed. In the coming days the case will be submitted to the court, told his lawyer Fakhraddin Mehdiyev.
Yusifli was arrested on 25 November , and is charged with fraud and falsifying documents. Since then, he is in custody. Yusifli was arrested based on the complaints of the citizen Farida Zulfugarova. According to investigators, Yusifli "fraudulently" took 6500 AZN.
However, the lawyer that Yusifli himself became a victim of fraud. During the period of investigation, he fully repaid the damage done to Zulfugarova, and she gave up the complaint.
