The official newspaper Azerbaijan published an article entitled "Army - the guarantor of our independence," in which the author argues that economic development creates conditions to equip the army with modern weapons.

Occupied territories make it necessary that the army should be strong and powerful. In the armies of the world rankings, compiled by the organization Global Firepower, Azerbaijan is at the 106^th plac.

Azadlig writes about torture in Azerbaijan, comparing it with the torture by Hitler and Stalin. Deciding to earn extra money during the summer vacation, Javid began looking for a job on the Internet. He found a job of a guard, pre-paying for the uniforms AZN 150, which he borrowed from a friend, hoping to return it from the salary. However, no job was offered him and no money was returned, and he has to return the debt. The Ministry of Taxes, where the student appealed, promised to inquire into the matter.
