The paper also discusses the Union establishment of Azerbaijani Organizations in Russia.  Lawyer Gurban Mammadov believes the people who created this organization expect " President Ilham Aliyev imminent departure from the post," otherwise this structure would not have been created.

Concerning the authorities chief ideologue's, Ali Hasanov, travel to Moscow, the newspaper reports he asked the Kremlin not to support the new Union.
