Official newspapers published an order of President Ilham Aliyev to allocate AZN 2 million for social and economic development of the city of Shirvan.

The newspaper "Azerbaijan" and "Yeni Azerbaijan" published libels against Rustam Ibrahimbeyov.

Former Rector of the International University accuses  the families of Aliyevs and Pashayevs of kidnapping his brother Mahir in 2003.
