Human rights activist Leila Yunus said that after the failure of the Strasser report on political prisoners in Azerbaijan in PACE, new allegations were raised against Elnur Seyidov, brother-in-law of Ali Kerimli. In her view, the Ministry of National Security holds Elnur Seyidov as a hostage.
